Successful BSS uses Futebol de Salao (FDS). The training and game is characterized as a 5-a-side version of soccer originally from South America. FDS is played with a smaller (size 2), and a little heavier (465gm) ball that has very little bounce to it. BSS FDS is available as part of the PIASLC Brazilian Soccer Camp programme.

The PIASLC Brazilian Soccer Camps are a skills-based training system that is offered all year long with scheduling around school holidays.
